Whenever we go through an intense transition, like leaving a relationship, moving, changing jobs or a health scare, our adrenaline kicks in to allow us to ‘do what needs to be done’.

Every day, we get up and buck up. Move our aching body and overactive mind into action, in order to survive the experience. Afterwards comes the crash.
